During the period of data processing, you are entitled to the following rights in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation:

• the right to data portability,
• the right to object,
• the right to withdraw consent.
If you wish to exercise your rights, this involves verifying your identity, and we will need to communicate with you. Therefore, for identification purposes, you will be required to provide personal data (but identification may only be based on data that we already process about you), and your complaints regarding data processing will be available in our email account within the timeframe specified in this notice regarding complaints.
We will respond to complaints regarding data processing within 30 days at the latest.
3.1. Right to Withdraw Consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time; in such cases, we will delete the data you provided from our systems.

You have the right to receive confirmation as to whether your personal data is being processed, and if it is, you have the right to:
• access the personal data being processed and
• receive the following information:

• the planned duration of the storage of personal data, or, if this is not possible, the criteria for determining this duration;

3.3. Right to Rectification
You have the right to request erasure if any of the following grounds apply:
• the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;
• you withdraw your consent on which the processing is based, and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
• you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;
• the personal data has been processed unlawfully;

Erasure of the data may not be requested if the processing is necessary:
• For the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information;
• to comply with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject, or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;
• for reasons of public interest in the area of public health;
• for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes, or statistical purposes, insofar as the right to erasure is likely to render impossible or seriously impair such processing; or
• for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
3.4. Right to Restriction of Processing
At your request, we will restrict processing if any of the following conditions are met:
• You contest the accuracy of the personal data; in this case, the restriction applies for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
• the processing is unlawful, and you oppose the erasure of the data and instead request the restriction of its use;
• the Data Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you require it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; or
• You have objected to the processing; in this case, the restriction applies for as long as it has not been determined whether the Data Controller’s legitimate grounds override your legitimate grounds.
If the processing is restricted, the personal data may be processed, with the exception of storage, only with your consent, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of important public interest of the Union or of a Member State.
We will notify you in advance of the lifting of the restriction.
